We just had our first Chanko. Chanko or Chanco is a Sumo version of Shobu Shobu or hot pot. It comprises mostly veges, meat and mushroom. The soup base is very savory. The owner was a sumo wrestler before. My family just had a good meal here.

This shop is my favorite Chanko Nabe restaurant! It's a really delicious chanko that exudes the personality of the general! I like salt chanko and if you make a reservation, there is also "miso chanko". But first of all, salt chanko is recommended. "Dosukoi fried chicken" is also delicious! There is also a lot of Japanese sake.

Great food, great atmosphere and greater servers and chefs. Chanko nabe is something you never had before anywhere else but you know it at the first bite that it makes your stomach comfortable and cozy after all hard work and travel. Not so touristic, so much local. First off, the food is delicious. Chanko nabe, karaage, chicken wing dumplings, etc. were so delicious, and the soju they served was also very delicious. Above all, the owner and server responded very kindly, so it was a very pleasant meal. Would love to visit again.
