Osaka, Japan｜Bejiton Umeda Nakazakicho

My friends and I came from Canada to visit Umeda. After a long day of walking, we decided to have dinner at Vege-Ton Nakazaki Umeda on Tuesday Sep 19, 2023 (it was a random selection since it was close to the accommodation we were staying at). The restaurant tables were set up to have Korean BBQ, but we decided to order non-BBQ dishes. We were a group of 4 people, and we were seated at a table very quickly. The server was very friendly and kind. She speaks a little bit of English only, but she was ready to translate with her phone if she didn't understand. We asked her if certain dishes have shrimps, and she went to ask the chef right away. She came back to assure us cheerfully that the dish we wanted would not have shrimps. She also brought our drinks very quickly to get our meals started. Regarding the food, from the Canadian perspective, it was decent. The menu is mostly à la carte style (not a complete set with appetizers, rice with soup etc). The food quality was acceptable, not bad at all. I see a few one star reviews but I strongly disagree. I definitely felt our experience here was very accommodating. Thank you very much for a pleasant dinner! ^_^

I came from 15:00 to 16:00 on weekdays. Although there were no customers, we were treated well and even though we had not made a reservation, we were able to use the coupon without any difficulty. I went there for the first time because I wanted to eat samgyeopsal, and the food came out quickly and was delicious.＼(^o^)／ I'd like to come for dinner next time, but I've seen some reviews that say it's crowded and crowded at night, so I'm curious.
