Service is excellent, atmosphere is really chilled and the dining area has two projector screens. One showed a selection of currently airing anime, one (at the time) was showing Kimetsu no Yaiba. Good range of items to buy inside for Fate and other ufotable shows. Prices are a little high for what you get, but this is par for the course with themed cafes. Foreign travellers be aware that there is only a Japanese menu.

Needs reserve and doesn't serve food without it but has a nice goods shop and the way they treat their fidelity clients filled my heart with joy.

They don't accept credit cards, there is a lawson in front if you need cash though, just be aware.
