Wow! Wow! Wow! This is one of the absolute food highlights of my life. Wagyu beef delivered sliced, seasoned and uncooked to allow you to have it cooked to your liking, at your own control with your own grill. I ordered a second steak it was that superb, which is why my bill was as high. An absolutely elite dining experience in this small but brilliant place. This will live in my memory as one of the best, if not THE best restaurant I’ve ever been lucky enough to visit. Outstanding.
