More Comments at Google MapMany of our meals in Japan're inside, or near train stations as we used trains as the main means of transportation. Luckily, we'd no bad meal anywhere. Many eateries can be recognized by half- curtains ( noren). Japanese meals are often served so art- fully! We entered this lovely place just because their menu'd clear English words beneath Japanese scripts & beautifully illustrated pictures of dishes. It calls MiMi U in English. From the moment we ordered until we left, EXCEPTIONAL everything❤. From the fish to the ginger is of optimum freshness and quality. MISO soup's so tasty. The secret lined in the golden color broth. At that time- we did not know that we had luckily been served by a famous business that had a history of more than 200 years. Their great attention to culinary aesthetics naturally favours portions that are small. Can't say Thank You enough to the chefs & staff. Their stores are now expanded to other locations in Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya....
It's a convenient location, as it's located right behind the escalator from the Shinkansen central ticket gate. The udon suki course had a lot of spring-like vegetables, and I was able to fully enjoy the seasonal feeling. The staff arranged them beautifully in the pot and told me when they were ready to eat. The soup stock was very delicious, and the shiitake mushrooms and ganmo had a good seasoning, and I was able to adjust the taste with the Japanese pepper on the table, the grated maple leaves, and the ginger that were brought to me in the condiment plate.
There are many restaurants in the Shin-Osaka station premises, and many people come and go, but this store has a calm atmosphere and a sense of luxury. Rabbit soup is delicious! ! The chicken meat of "Tori Namba" is tender, while "Kamo Namba" contains fish meatballs and has a unique texture of duck meat. The price is over 1000 yen, but the taste and atmosphere are acceptable.
