My favorite shop that I have been going to for about 20 years. The stoic owner has been active at the forefront for many years. The taste of the udon, the way it goes down the throat, and the texture are top class in Osaka. I think this is the number one place for Yao's hand-made udon, as it is a target for udon pilgrimage. It is one of the precious shops without any mistakes. As Osaka udon, Ichichu's soft kamaage udon is delicious, but I think it's handmade udon if you're serious about it. The set meals are quite large and delicious, but I can't really enjoy the taste of udon, so I mostly order cold udon. Curry udon is recommended in the middle of winter. It is a restaurant with a stable taste that you can say that you should go here first if you are worried about rice in Yao.
Aiming to open at 11:30 on Sunday. Arrive 15 minutes early. First one. And the parking lot is full one after another when it opens. Before opening, there was no waiting list, and everyone knew their turn. This time I chose one menu item. Shrimp and mochi udon. Arrived in about 10 minutes. Well, the shrimp were plump and the udon noodles were chewy. It's delicious, it's too delicious. By the time I got home, there was a line outside.
