Umauma udon shop that can be easily used by one person I ordered the signature meat udon. 900 yen. The udon noodles are slightly soft and the soup stock is light. However, the flavor of the meat and the oil melt into the soup stock, making it delicious. I was surprised that the alcohol menu was quite extensive. There's also whiskey. The serving time is probably less than 5 minutes. I think it's a popular restaurant because it's fast, delicious, and cheap.

This restaurant was opened with the same taste of Shinano soba that was famous for Yoshimoto comedian. I went to Shinano Soba several times to eat meat soba before it closed. (I did it 10 years ago 😅) This time I made meat udon. The sweet soup stock and soft texture are characteristics of Osaka udon. The rice balls will be made right in front of you. It was salty and delicious. Orders were placed using a smartphone by scanning a QR code. (I ordered meat udon with extra meat and 2 rice balls) I want to go again.

It's a restaurant that's so delicious that I want to come back again. I ordered a large bowl of meat udon with green onions, and it was delicious, with plenty of flavor from the meat in the clear Western Japanese-style soup stock. The staff were polite and the customer service was great. Please note that payment is only in cash. Next time I would like to try the curry udon that was recommended.
