Osaka, Japan｜Honkakuteuchi Takeuchi Udonten

Delicious and unforgettable bowl of cold, fresh udon. We don't have anything like this in Vancouver, which makes it extra special for me. The texture and flavour of the noodles itself is remarkable - you don't need much of the sauce that comes on the side. The accompanying chicken tempura is so good that it deserves its own place in the limelight. Service is fast and kind. The restaurant is slightly on the small side, so you may have to wait a little. Would definitely come back again to try their other offerings.

【とり天ぶっかけ(Wen)】The fried chicken is very, very delicious. It is the most memorable udon noodles I have eaten in Japan!! There are not many seats, only the counter seats. There is only a Japanese menu, so you can check how to order before you come.
