I went to Ouest, a seafood restaurant in Higashi Mikuni, Osaka. This is a restaurant that mainly serves seafood, and since it often appears on Facebook, I've been curious about it! The atmosphere of the shop is like a dining room before entering, and the lanterns stand out. There were tatami mats, table seats and counters in the store, but I chose tatami mats. I ordered bonito tataki, mongo squid🦑, grilled pork with black pepper, fried chicken, and seafood gunkanmaki! Haras of salmon, ochazuke! All seafood is delicious and fresh. In particular, bonito tataki is eaten with salt and garlic 🧄, which is the same way as in Kochi Prefecture. The fried chicken is also well seasoned and crispy. The best is salmon harass. It's big and greasy, so it's a great deal! They are all delicious! Thank you for the meal!
