Osaka, Japan｜Sushi Hayata

They said they open at 11:15, so I arrived around 11:00. We were second in line, and soon many others were in line. There were no long queues after opening. A friendly server greeted me, took my order and served it efficiently. The lunch set menu, which costs about 2700 yen per person, was more full than I expected. And, it's delicious. Uni sushi is impressive. There is no fishy taste at all. I really want to go again.

I’ve only been to a handful of sushi places during my stay in Tokyo but this was my favorite one! Came during lunch and it was pretty busy, there was a queue but it moved very fast. We got seated in less than 10 minutes. If you can get a counter seat, you should! Chefs are making the sushi right in front of you. Sushi was amazing, there was one piece I still think of, it just melted in my mouth. I can’t believe how cheap it was for the quality. Definitely recommend this place.

Amazing Sushi, accompanied by hot Sake and finished off with a lovely plum-wine. Def recommend the Premium tasting menue, every bite was unique and delicious! The Otoro (fatty Tuna) was the star of the show! (Additional order). What an experience!
