Osaka, Japan｜Hitsumabushi Nagoya Bincho Grando Front Osaka

Delicious fresh eel. Highly recommended. Whenever I visit Japan, I have to go have hitsumabushi. The eel bone and liver taste so good. I especially enjoyed the grilled liver.

This eel rice dinner set tasted phenomenal. The eel was perfectly cooked - you can see the chef grilling it while waiting! The service and atmosphere were also very nice. Overall totally worth going, will definitely revisit!

Heard it was famous in Nagoya so I gave it a try and yes, worth every Yen.
