A Shinshu soba restaurant located in the basement of a building down the stairs from the main street. This is a noodle restaurant with an old-fashioned atmosphere. The "service set meal" (780 yen including tax) that I ordered comes with seaweed soba as a fixed option, and the contents of the set seem to be decided depending on the day of the week. This day it was "Inarizushi". Shinshu soba with slightly sweet soup stock and thin noodles that go down smoothly. I was surprised at how large the portion of soba was. I think there were about 1.5 balls in it. In addition to the 3 Inari pieces, there were also Kappamaki and Shinkamaki, so I was hungry ε-(´∀` ;) I'm satisfied because it's quite delicious and cost-effective, but I wish they would have added soy sauce if they had sushi rolls. Also, towels...
I've been wanting to visit this store for a long time, and I've looked in front of the building where the store is located several times over the weekend, but it seems that it's closed on Sundays. I visited twice on Saturday afternoon, but the first time there were no customers and I was the only one, probably due to the influence of corona. In that case, order curry soba separately! It was hot and had just the right amount of thickness, and it was outstanding with just the right amount of sweetness and spiciness. In addition, I could taste the aroma of soba without losing to the curry! Thank you for the meal ◎ When I visited for the second time, I wanted to fully enjoy the soba, so I ordered the tempura zaru! While I was waiting, customers came in one after another, and there were 4 groups including myself. And the tempura that came out was as expected, and I was very satisfied with the firmness of the soba and the moderate texture! The tempura was freshly fried and crispy, and the rustic feeling was perfect for the restaurant! It was delicious ◎
