Despite this, the rotation is fast. As soon as we see a customer at the entrance, we immediately say, ``Welcome! Please come here!'' so that they don't have to wait, and when the customer leaves, we quickly clear away the dishes and notify the other employees.The cooperation among the employees is great! In particular, the clerk named Nagisa Kawabata had a nice voice and was full of energy, which made me feel good to watch her. I hear that she is also active as a singer-songwriter, so I'm looking forward to seeing her work in that capacity as well. For soba, I ordered leaf wasabi soba and Negitoro bowl. I was surprised that the refreshing scent of wasabi leaves goes so well with soba noodles! Thank you for the delicious soba noodles and your energy!
