Obsessed with this spot. We had breakfast here twice during our 2 days in Osaka. This is a super cozy family-run restaurant that transports you back in time with its old-timey aesthetics. The owners are kind and polite. Their menu looks extensive but they don’t have an English menu so we just ordered by the photos from previous reviews. Foreigners and locals welcome! Note: You may not be greeted immediately upon entering. Just take a seat and someone will come take your order. It’s only run by 1-3 people at a time with one person cooking everything. Your patience will be rewarded with a soul-warming meal :)

Delicious soba and great experience. The shop is run by a very friendly elderly couple, and they do a great job with service and making the food, despite their older age. It does feel a bit like you go to your grandparents house and they make you soba. I forgot to take a picture of the soba, but I got one of the dashimaki tamago, which was also delicious.
