Simple and delicious. This restaurant is famous for its Sudachi soba noodles, and the prices are relatively low and reasonable. I had the soba noodles with chikuwa and egg tempura, and it was easy to eat at just the right temperature, not too hot. The condiments of green onions, bonito flakes, seaweed, and a little bit of wasabi went very well with the soba, and it was delicious till the end, with just the right amount of flavor. It was very good.

When I visited on Sunday before 2pm, there were two groups in line. Even though it's 100% smooth. This soba restaurant uses an original machine to achieve a smooth texture. I had the seasonal hotaru squid and grated soba noodles. The soba noodles were fragrant and the combination with the texture of the firefly squid was refreshing. About 1400 yen. It's a soba restaurant run by Take Kita, a famous udon restaurant, so the tempura also looked delicious. There is also a lunch set of soba and rice. It's quite good. The seasonal firefly squid was delicious. I think it tastes better than when I came two years ago.
