You can feel safe no matter which Sojibo store you go to. Shinshu soba reminds me of Togakushi soba. Togakushi soba is beautifully plated, making it easy to scoop out and eat soba noodles. I also like the presentation of Hegisoba from Niigata. What happens when it's plated so quickly that you can take a bite of it, but it doesn't come apart and sticks together? ? ? I guess it can't be helped somehow.
I've lived in the neighborhood for a long time, but I'd never been there before, so I went in for the first time. It was very reasonable and delicious. I think the tempura is crispy, voluminous, and a good value. I want to go again. When the weather is nice, I get the impression that the park is often full, probably because there are so many people going to the park. We also sell soba sweet potatoes. This is also delicious.
