Eat refreshing noodles. The attached Japanese pepper has the freshness of citrus peel. Dobon to the powerful duck soup that is as good as the dipping ramen here! Is this delicious? ! surprise. Today, as usual, I was looking for a curry restaurant at first because I don't want to eat ramen easily, but in this environment, there is only one soba-kiri restaurant that should be a little expensive. Then, I thought that this would be very delicious, so I jumped in and ate today's recommendation. In order to enjoy the sweet, thin and chewy fruity noodles, the noodles alone, and the sansho (Japanese pepper) that comes with the noodles? Sprinkle it with citrus peel, try two kinds of salt in the store, and dip it in a powerful duck soup that is as good as tsukemen. I was surprised by the ingenuity and courage to create a strong, salty, and oily ramen that is more attractive than tsukemen with a powerful tsuyu, which is great for workers looking for lunch without sparing such soba. To put it bluntly, the noodles are delicious with just water. When you drink the soba soup, the sweetness comes before the salty taste, but the noodles are well put together. It is also very delicious as a soba cut. But I end up making something more ramen-like than ramen. The atmosphere in the store is also good, and the owner runs it alone, so you have to wait a little longer. There was an indication that I would like to pay by PayPay at lunch time. But please accept cash.
This is a soba restaurant across from My Dome Osaka. Since the owner alone takes orders, cooks, serves, and accounts, it is a conscientious response to say that it will take time at the beginning. Still, authentic soba is served, so it's worth waiting for a while to eat. The menu is smaller than other stores because it is run by one person, but everything is carefully done. I liked that it was Mori soba instead of zaru soba.
