I had "Tsutaya soba three kinds". ・Nose vegetables ・Mori soba ・Seasonal soba noodles (Nose hachiku and grated soba noodles) ・Soba with duck soup How about all the soba noodles? I thought, but all three types of soba are different, so I was able to enjoy each soba without getting bored. It was delicious. I ordered a "snack" (kudzu pudding) after eating. It was a Japanese-style pudding with a gentle kudzu flavor topped with homemade red bean paste. The shop is in Satoyama, and it feels like it is in the green that springs out seasonally. My stomach and heart were filled. I want to go again.
A soba restaurant in a mountain village. Eating soba while sharpening your five senses in an environment surrounded by nature is the best. This time I ordered 3 types of bean dishes and 2 types of soba. Healthy vegetables, pesticide-free tofu...♪ Mori Soba is a thin noodle that is delicious and can be eaten as much as you want without being addictive. (However, since I'm around 50, my stomach has a limit, so I had a small portion of the second soba dish lol) The second dish is duck soup soba. The noodles are thick and chewy. The soup stock was also very delicious. Reservations are essential for this restaurant, but this time I called two weeks in advance and was able to make it in time. This is a store you'll want to visit over and over again!
