FANTASTIC!! We went on a really hot day and the cold soba dish was perfect. It was easy for him to accomodate gluten free needs and the gluten free sauce was separate and clearly labeled. He had an English menu too. It was fun to sit at the bar and watch the chef prepare everything. Even if there is a line it moves quickly as he prepares everything efficiently. Would go here again for sure!

The soba noodles was great, one of the best we had in Japan. On the English menu he explains how he makes the food starting from making the soba flour. He’s obviously proud of what he does. It’s almost a craft. The interior of the place is cool and relaxing too! Love this place so much!!!!

It’s an excellent “soba experience”. It’s worthy to wait for a long time. There’s an English menu to explain how the soba was made and cooked and how to enjoy it. It’s like a performance to see the owner’s greeting, cooking, serving, cleaning just by himself. The atmosphere and the food is great and we had a good time. But notice: CASH ONLY. I think the owner could paste a CASH ONLY sticker on the door. It’s better for foreigners’ understanding.
