Kyoto, Japan｜McDonald's - Shijo Kawaramachi

Eating at McDonalds outside of the US is always interesting. Had a hamburger which was very good. Keep in mind the coffee in Japan McDonalds has no free refills as is the norm in the US. They also do not even fill the coffee to the top of the cup (worried about spills?) You just have to accept this to enjoy the experience. The big breakfast sandwich is called a Mega Muffin. The coffee cup says "Full of Beans" so you know it's gonna be good.

Very fast service and many chair and desk

Super clean McDonalds located in Kyoto. Friendly service from the staff, even to idiot foreigners like me who doesn't speak Japanese. With pointing and the limited English from the staff, who really tried hard to understand, I was successfully able to order. Food was hot and very fresh. The fries tasted like they had just been cooked for my meal. The drinks were cold and refreshing. Overall an excellent McDonalds, in a convenient location with plenty of seating.
