Very good French-Japanese fusion cuisine. Service in four stages and everything was excellent from appetizer to dessert. Special mention to the simmered beef cheek, melting and crispy. The vegetables are very well cooked and the dishes are balanced.

I personally like this shop very much. I visited for lunch this time. Especially salmon is delicious every time. No matter which dish you eat, you will want to go again after eating it with a gentle taste. I had a cooking explanation, but I don't remember it. smile

The smoked salmon appetizer and quiche are an impressive dish. This is my favorite shop that I've been going to every month for the past few years.
