Such a great cafe, slow and relaxing atmosphere, beautiful artworks, and excellent coffee. The whole shop smells of warm maple syrup, and vintage jazz music fills the air. The aesthetic is sleek and has a mix of antique and modern. Quiet, calm and the quality is excellent. They also sell locally made gin and whiskeys, and raw honey. Seasonal dish was chestnut pancakes, and they have adorable dashimaki sandwiches, they're super fluffy and slider sized. I'll definitely go back if I'm in that neighborhood again. 💙

A stylish renovated café with a spacious but cozy atmosphere. On a 5 minute walk from the famous Kitanotenmangu shrine and sells delicious dashi maki egg and red bean paste buns.

Nice hearty place to have coffee at after viewing plum garden in winter Kitanotenmangu. Coffee is good and solid, omelette bun is juicy and delicious (but might be not enough if you’re really hungry). Pancakes taste like «real pancakes », reportedly.
