An easy way to get toward the top of Kyoto Tower without paying for an observation ticket. This was a nice reprieve from the traditional restaurants in Kyoto and offered a full bar with many interesting mixed drinks. To get to the level 3 observation deck, take the regular elevator to the 11th floor and approach the desk and let them know you're going to the Sky Lounge. They'll place you in a different line than the people going to the very top.

I went at night. Cocktail 🍸 Whiskey and raw ham at Avec Seat for 4000 yen is a great value for money ✌️ It's best to go after a meal. It's easy to take the elevator to the 11th floor and then take the stairs 😙 I would like to go there again 🍁
