One of my last dishes to have before I leave earth! I don’t have to say more about the arteries-clogging oily pork bones soup, likely boiled for hours ahead. Suggest to add chilli paste with seeds (not flakes) from a bottle on the table, for that extra uumph! For my amazing trip to the next world …

Oh dang! This thick pork broth is quite nice. The eggs are also cooked to perfection. This is a great place to stop in Fukuchiyama if you are staying or driving through as it is right off the main road.

Got the super fatty ramen and really fatty. The soup thickness is like oil, and it clings to the noodles as you eat. The taste is everything I look for in a tonkotsu ramen, rich in flavour and good charsiu. This shop have garlic and chives if you want to add a little kick in your bowl.
