I had salt ramen (780 yen) and Kusunoki shumai (100 yen). Kusunoki Shumai is available as a set with ramen or beer, or 150 yen individually. Also, please note that the shumai will be placed in a steamer after ordering, so it will take 15 minutes. The salt ramen is based on a delicately delicious soup with light, chewy noodles, and the toppings are medium (larger?) rare pork, menma, green onions, and half a soft-boiled egg. This quality and content is worth it in this day and age. There are about 4 pieces of rare pork siu (I should have counted them properly). When it comes to shiosha yaki noodles... it's hua. With this quality, it's so luxurious! I couldn't help but get excited about the Charyaki, but the total balance of the Shio Ramen was so good that I finished it for the first time in a while. Kusunoki Shumai is a shumai with so many toppings that it makes you wonder, “Is this the main thing?” You can add 10 yen to regular shumai (90 yen) and get this! ? The dish is seasoned with a touch of mustard, the meat is juicy, and the filling is delicious and chewy. Due to its size, it will fill your stomach quite a bit. There are 4 types of shumai, and there are also sets of 4 types. Makes me want to try 3 more types. Measures against coronavirus included alcohol disinfection and partitions. It's located near the station, so if you're familiar with the deliciousness, you'll likely be drawn in on your way home from work or school.

I love making ramen 😊 I had the ``Shiosha Yakimen Large''. It seems that it was past the last order time for the lunch session, but they said, ``If you just want ramen, it's fine.'' 🙇 The shumai here also seems to be a specialty. My mouth turned out to be siomai...so I made chargrilled meat to make up for it😁The chunks of meat that had been placed on the cutting board in the compact kitchen were sliced...I guess this is it! 😃 It's an exquisite dish cooked at a low temperature in bright colors, super moist, and has no odor and good flavor 👍 (I don't want it to get hard all the time, so I quickly stack it on the edge of the bowl 😊) Also, this is a foul technique. Maybe... it goes best with the mustard that is probably left for shumai 😅💦... Noodles: Medium-thick, straight, smooth, chewy type noodles... I hear they're made by Kyoto Soto... I don't need an explanation 😅 💦Soup: It has a slightly unusual flavor...Is it local chicken🤔?It also seems to have seafood stock in it🤔?It seems a bit fragrant🤔?...And the salt that brings it all together...It was so delicious that I wanted someone to teach me how to make it. 😋I think I found a good shop. Thank you for the meal🙏 There are several coin parking spaces within 300m. It's super close to the station, about 50 steps from Hankyu Higashimuko Station 😊

It takes a while to be served, but all types of Shumai are delicious! For the ramen, I chose extra spicy sesame black noodles. This was also rich and quite delicious. They also have light-tasting salt ramen, so I plan to return.
