Kyoto, Japan｜Okonomiyaki wa Cocoyanen - Kyoto Porta

Still being new to living in Kyoto finding places to eat can still be tricky when you can't read Japanese, but here at the Okonomiyaki wa Kokoyanen, its quite easy as you can order via their menu tablet and you can change the Language to what they have, Chinese, Korean and of course English and order away. I ordered an okonomiyaki with pork and a poached egg on top, with edamame on the side and a refreshing coke highball. It is so delicious and I was really satisfied after the meal and happy I tried my first okonomiyaki since I started living here.

Great Resteraunt, Food is nice, Service is great, they also speak some English and English Menu is available. A bit tricky to get in there, you have to take a ticket from the touchpad, they asking you how many people you are then you get a ticket with a number, wait in line until your number gets called.

No frills okonomiyaki~! Good and fast fix…
