This is a wonderful restaurant where you can eat Fukuchiyama's famous ``gomu soba'' and ``usuyaki.'' Apparently, there are only three restaurants serving Gomu Soba in the city. Usuyaki is Fukuchiyama's unique okonomiyaki, and it's simple...but please try it and see for yourself!

I want to eat Fukuchiyama's sole food. Sorry to bother you It is run by a couple and their daughter. It was small with 7 seats next to the iron plate. The inside of the store is also clean. Please talk to me in a friendly manner It was a nice shop where you can eat in a homey atmosphere. I asked for lightly-grilled pork balls and soft-boiled eggs. The sweetness of the egg yolk and the spiciness of the sauce It was an excellent combination Gomu yakisoba is full of vegetables. Crunchy! The noodles are a little hard I finished this in no time☝ Shops that sell rubber yakisoba Apparently there are only 3 stores now. Fukuchiyama's specialty rubber yakisoba, steamed tendon meat, sardine chikuwa, and grilled vegetables (negiyaki) with lots of Kujo green onions were extremely delicious. I also enjoyed the light-hearted talk by the beautiful mom. I highly recommend you try the okonomiyaki here!
