[The special sauce is amazing...] Most okonomiyaki restaurants have basically the same seasoning, but Ajihiro in Kyoto has a sweet and spicy special sauce that is different and impressive. It's delicious. By the way, this sauce goes well with yakisoba and other menus. If you come to Kyoto, this is a shop that you should visit at least once.

On TV, I heard Yamamoto Manbo in Kyoto, and when I asked a colleague at work, he said that it was near Kyoto Station and that it was very delicious. Four or five years ago, I went to Ajihiro during the year-end and New Year holidays, and remembered the manbo recommended by the proprietress, so I ordered takeout.
