It was my first time going to this store. The inside had a bit of the atmosphere of the okonomiyaki restaurants that used to be around town, and eating inside Aeon felt more like entering a private restaurant than at Yuu. A table with a traditional iron plate. The okonomiyaki I ordered was grilled right in front of me to the most delicious taste. Things like yakisoba and tonpeiyaki were finished in the kitchen and then transferred to the iron plate. I ordered two small dishes for 600 yen, kimchi and cucumber. Salt rice balls are 150 yen each. It was a substitute for white rice with light salt. Seasonal okonomiyaki with melty ponzu sauce. Fugetsuyaki is served with sauce. Salt fried noodles. Cheese mochi tonpei. Two people ordered. The ponzu sauce okonomiyaki has rice cake inside, so it's not as thick as the ponzu sauce, but rather melty! Moreover, it was mellow with the ponzu sauce made from the soup stock. Fugetsuyaki is a simple mixed okonomiyaki. The sauce was specially made and delicious, and I added some shaved bonito flakes to it while it was baking and then turned it over.It was a surprising method, but it turned out to be crispy, delicious, and easy to eat. The salt-yakisoba noodles were chewy and I ate them all without feeling overwhelmed. The Tonpeiyaki also had a sauce, but the pork inside was soft, chewy, and delicious. I ordered 3 rice balls, 1 for me and 2 for my daughter, but they were very considerate in dividing each rice ball into 2 plates for each of us. I ordered white rice because it wasn't on the menu, but the rice didn't taste salty, but 150 yen per piece is a bit expensive lol Pickled cucumber? was on board. The kimchi also had Tsuruhashi's unique red color and sourness, but the spiciness was easy to eat, and the sourness was a bit subdued, so it was a bit of a mouth-waterer. All of them were modestly seasoned, but they were well-seasoned and delicious, and both of us enjoyed them without adding any extra seasoning.
