I ate eel from various famous stores, but this is the top class for me. The eel from Isshiki, the sauce with a deep flavor, and the degree of grilling are perfect. It's a restaurant that doesn't want to be too famous.

This shop requires reservations! I made a reservation at the opening time on weekdays. The small upstairs is a two-person x two-seat sunken kotatsu seat. I wonder if there were 6 to 7 seats at the counter. Capa is small. Most of the seats had reserved seat tags. Five minutes after entering the store, I heard a voice politely refusing the reservation from the back. I should have called you the day before! Looking at the menu, there are daily specials and reasonable set meals that are not related to eel. It must be a shop loved by local regulars. 25 minutes from order to delivery. Latency combats intensely appetizing odors. The traditional sauce with less sweetness is perfect for my taste. Also, the texture of the crispy skin feels good. Personally, I like this Kansai style more than Edomae. I had the eel on rice. I thoroughly enjoyed it! My partner is normal eel. I thought that there was enough quality to be satisfied even with normal!

The sauce is not sweet. There was a description on the menu, so I was able to eat it smoothly. In the past, at a famous restaurant in Shizuoka Prefecture, I was surprised by the unsweetened sauce and had a rejection reaction. It was unclear why it would be a bowl instead of a heavy one, but I found out that it would be a bowl because the whole special is not heavy. At first, I thought I didn't have enough rice, but I was full. The eel is thick and filling. It didn't feel hot. It's worth a meal.
