I've had different kinds of noodles but this is exceptional.

I had the dashi soy sauce soba. 930 yen At first glance, I thought it would be a black soy sauce soup, but it was mellow with a bit of sweetness from the soup stock. It seems to go well with flat noodles. Adding the attached bonito flakes adds a bonito flavor and the taste is delicious.
