The soba is Nihachi Soba, and the noodles are thin and drained just right, making it a soba that you can enjoy going down your throat. I think. The soup is a crisp and refreshing type of soba soup that goes well with soba noodles. Looking at the way he cuts the green onions for the condiment, I think he's a very skilled soba chef. I felt that. It's a valuable soba restaurant where you can eat it with ancient rice for less than 1000 yen ☺️ There are no side menus such as tempura, so satisfy your hunger with a large bowl of soba or ancient rice☺️

I had the Niku Soba, and the soup stock and gravy matched well with the thin noodles, making it very delicious👏👏When I left around 1pm, it was already sold out, so I recommend going early!

The soba restaurant I used on my way to Shojuin. If I remember correctly, they use Nihachi soba noodles from Hokkaido. The store is clean and has a very nice environment. The flavor of the dashi is very delicious, and the soba noodles are thin and go down smoothly. The rice is very chewy and has just the right amount of sesame and salt.
