Oyamazaki, Kyoto, Japan｜Ajisai

Before going to the Oyamazaki Villa Museum of Art, I had lunch at a stylish Chinese restaurant near the station, Ajisai. The lunch consisted of 4 patterns, but I was lured by "Kuributa", which is not Iberico pork, and made it sweet and sour pork. The meat is soft, and when you bite into it, it has a slightly sweet taste and black vinegar bean paste. Vegetables are also locally produced and consumed in Kyoto, and there is an announcement in the store. The Iberico pork was acorn acorns, chestnut pork had a new taste.

Chinese cuisine using vegetables from Kyoto is elegant and delicious. Rice is especially delicious. The taste of the rice itself and the degree of cooking are the best. The sweet and sour pork was also large and juicy, and the amount of vinegar was good.

I ordered it as a lunch course. It was really delicious.
