Inexpensive, great quality food and very, very tasty. Spicy ramen, chicken katsu with egg and rice, and all the green tea you can drink for the equivalent of about £6. Friendly and helpful staff too. Maybe this is just the norm here in Kyoto, but I was delighted. A menu meal deal here for the same price as the McDonald’s next door? No contest!

Its a underrated restaurant. Love this place! The price was cheap but all the food was so good. You can refill your rice and tea unlimited without any charge.

The meal was great. Little interaction with staff, food came super quickly, it was cheap and filling , and it was open late. Loves the unlimited rice and tea refills. Definitely a great place to visit if you are looking for a cheap eat.
