Some people here says the dishes are not salty enough, but for me they're just right! It is actually the only real French restaurant in the city with a 3 course meal + amuse bouche. Everything is well presented and the tastes are very distinct and delicate. If you want to have a special meal in a quiet and elegant atmosphere this is the place! The owner is very nice, a bit shy at first, but you can tell he is really passionate about what he is doing. Selecting the best ingredients and preparing them in a respectful and original way. My friend from Tokyo was very impressed Gojo had such a classy and good restaurant!

There is no signboard, but it was cozy, but the volume, the taste of the food, and the glass of wine were wonderful. Both bread and butter are homemade, and I enjoyed the attitude of sticking to domestic production, saying that each one is delicious.

We had lunch. When you enter the entrance, it's dark even though it's daytime, and there are lights on the pitch-black ceiling. Probably because I arrived about 15 minutes earlier than my reservation time, no one came to answer my call. There were two groups of customers in the seats in the back. After a while, a rather plump-looking man came out to answer the call. I was greeted and shown to my seat. There were many pictures on the walls that I didn't think were drawn by children. In the meantime, the order was finished and the food came out. Everything in the photo was delicious. Overall, it had a gentle, deep flavor. I got carried away and forgot to take a photo of the soup. If I remember correctly, it was a slightly Japanese-style soup with black beans in it. This was also delicious. The last dessert was delicious, and all the different types of cakes were served separately. To my surprise, the only person in the store was a chubby man. The kitchen staff, hall staff, and cashier are all handled by one person. But everything was perfect. All I can say is that it was wonderful. I think there were about 10 people in 3 groups including us. We were the last ones there, but he explained to us the children's pictures on the wall. He was a very nice and talented chef. it's recommended.
