It's super exciting to choose from so many options!!;-) There is no photos of their menus and there're written in unfamiliar names of recipes, so it's also the point that I found excited. The restaurant moved to here from Osaka. It's a success that they held a large restaurant. The service is also super awesome!

It's a shop along the road, but I don't know what it is at first glance. Until I entered the store, I was nervous, wondering what I would do if it was a different store. Disinfect your hands after entering the store. There seems to be a fan on the ceiling to circulate the air. On rainy days, a ventilation fan circulates the air. There is an acrylic board on the table. There are also partitions between tables. It is rare to find a store that is so differentiated. There were a lot of customers even though it was a weekday lunch. There seem to be a lot of reservations. Since I was alone, I managed to get a seat prepared for me. I think it's better to make a reservation in advance if you want to eat. order lunch You can choose your favorite appetizer and pasta, but there are so many options that I can't choose lol There are 17 types of appetizers and 16 types of pasta. And they all look delicious. It was difficult to choose, so I asked the staff for recommendations, and then managed to choose one. Beef fillet tagliata with grilled vegetables The fillet is very tender. Eating it with fluffy potatoes and warm tomatoes brings out the juiciness of the fillet. When eaten with crispy vegetables, the rich fillet becomes refreshing and easy to eat. Tagliata means thinly sliced. spaghetti vongole bianco First of all, the pasta was hotter than expected. I wonder if it's freshly boiled? This amount of heat is also rare. And the pasta is thin. Not too hard and not too soft. I like this thinness. The flavor of the clams is entwined with the pasta. Boil? The accent of cooked tomatoes is also good. The sake-steamed flavor of clams spreads throughout. It's pasta, right? this. I don't like Vongole Bianco with the shell on it, but at this restaurant all the shells are removed and it's easy to eat. Moreover, there are quite a lot of clams. I'm pretty full with the appetizers and pasta so far. Reservation inquiries come in one after another over the phone even while I'm eating. Sorry, I had to jump in to eat. Macedonia with milk ice cream Milk ice cream is soft. It feels like it melts in your mouth. Soft and sweet, not too sweet. Pine, grapefruit, peach? Maybe apples too? If you eat it with ice cream alone, you can enjoy the slight sweetness, but if you eat it with fruit, the ice cream will be too sweet and the fruit flavor will be emphasized, making it interesting. Does Macedonia mean fruit and vegetable salad? (I looked it up later) Cafe au lait The milk is fine-grained. It's not sugary because it's sugarless, but the fluffy milk is slightly sweet. It's after dessert, so you can relax. Is there a kitchen in the center of the shop, or a large stone oven? Yes, the pizza is probably delicious too. I ordered pasta today, but next time I'll have pasta. The tables are spaced widely, so even people in wheelchairs can relax.

The ingredients were carefully selected and each dish was made with care, and each dish was so delicious that it brought a smile to my face. It has become my favorite store. I will go again!
