This is definitely a shop run by a very particular owner. I think their commitment to Shari is one of the best in Japan. The price is also in line with the quality. I like the restaurant owner who is honest about his sushi. It's not cheap enough for everyday use, but it's worth it.

This is a place where you can eat Japanese course meals. It was nice to see the amazing service and ingredients. The chef prepares seasonal dishes in Omakase style.

All the flavors are delicious! Cooking seems to be difficult for the owner alone, but is it a part-time job? The young people are also working hard and nice. I want to go again.
