More Comments at Google MapFully equipped with parking lot! I think the price is high, but the lunch menu was reasonably priced and delicious. This time, I was guided to a tatami room, and I was able to put two pairs in one room. If you order the Chateaubriand course, they will bring the meat to your seat before it is grilled. It will ask you how you want it cooked, so you can ask for it as you like. The single items of beef tataki and yukke, grilled on the bank, and beef tongue were all delicious. Also, if you ask for a croquette that is not on the menu, they will bring it to you. There are two types of sauce, ponzu sauce and special sauce. The sauce was a little quirky. On the way back, I bought beef tataki and croquettes at the butcher shop on the first floor.
This is my second visit. It's been 4 years since my first visit, and recently I've had questions about meat, so I came to Ushigen. This time, I ordered sukiyaki. From the conclusion, I am very satisfied ❗️ From all the ingredients to the seasonings, I was impressed by the hospitality that I was particular about. Looking at the price alone, I can't say it's cheap, but I think it's worth more than the price. The umami and aroma of the meat, the sweetness of the fat, and even the meat with this much marbling doesn't just reject it, it makes you want it even more. Recently, meat with a lot of marbling makes my stomach feel heavy, so I've been preferring lean meat such as fillet, runnaka and ramboso, but I'm keenly aware that age wasn't the cause. There are many other parts that are lacking in writing, but I think it's best to have them actually taste it. In the case of sukiyaki, I think it's better to leave the grilling to us. There is a service charge, but I think it's definitely worth it. I may not be able to visit often, but I would like to visit regularly.
No matter what you eat, it's delicious! However, it's light and doesn't feel heavy after eating yakiniku. With this kind of meat, I can eat as much as I want. Yakiniku sauce and star anise are included, and it was the first sauce I ate, but this is also excellent.
