It probably won't taste good to people these days who are used to chemical seasonings and strongly flavored foods. A set meal restaurant that continues to maintain authenticity. It's no good if it's not seasoned with anything. This is the place to go when you want that kind of proper food. Local people must protect stores like this.

This is an udon restaurant in Tomigaoka, Nara City that I have been going to for many years. I think Inada and Echigo are the most famous udon restaurants around here, but Nakanoya is my favorite. The udon is delicious, but you can also hear the master's dedication to the udon. I often hear that customer service is important in restaurants, and I think that's exactly right ☺️ I ask for various things every time, but I'm always worried. Everything is delicious... (lol) Other than udon, I recommend the fried white fish set meal. The katsudon is also delicious, so it's one of the best katsudon I've ever eaten. Curry udon is also delicious! It is often said that the curry udon at curry shops is delicious, but the curry udon here is really good. I think the secret to the deliciousness is that the soup stock is effective 👍 The texture of the udon noodles is firm. It's not like udon in Osaka, which is limp and chewy. The noodles are hand-made from flour imported from Shikoku, and the soup stock seems to be sourced from Hokkaido (sorry, I'm not sure). The soup stock has a very gentle taste, and you can drink it to the last drop. The gentle flavor of the soup stock doesn't contain any chemical seasonings, and it feels gentle on the intestines 👍Of course, just because it has a gentle taste doesn't mean it doesn't have any flavor, it's delicious because you can really taste the flavor of the soup stock! The best part is that they don't add any chemical seasonings to the dish, which makes it taste safe and delicious. The portions are large and will fill you up, but I always order a large bowl of noodles.
