This time I visited for lunch with my mother while shopping. Yesterday, my mother made her debut with Tokutoku Udon! My mother loves the [shrimp tempura lunch] with her favorite shrimp tempura, and I like fox [kitsune lunch]. The udon soup was delicious. Restaurants that have delicious dashi also have really delicious quick rice. Many of the small bowls of simmered hijiki have a surprisingly dull taste, but the simmered hijiki at this restaurant had a lot of flavor and was very delicious. My mother who eats little eats everything! "It's delicious! Please bring me again!" I was told. Thank you for the meal.
