This udon restaurant has two stores. The middle of the building is the toilet, the right is the counter seat, and the left is the table seat. Although it is the same restaurant, the menu is different for table seats and counter seats. The udon noodles at the counter seats are firm and the udon noodles at the table seats are soft. This time we ate at table seats. The freshly shaved katsuobushi was very fragrant and delicious.

This is a new shop that was made in 2022/9. It is a shop that can be enjoyed by one person or a family. There are several delicious restaurants in the Fujin Group. Udon is a soft flat noodle that feels like it has different tastes. The atmosphere is a bit classy.

There are entrances on the left and right sides of the building, with the counter on the right and the table seating on the left, and you can enjoy the same menu either way. (Negitoro bowl is only available at the store on the right) I entered the store on the left and received the tempura udon rice set. The udon noodles were slightly rectangular in cross-section, with a soft surface but chewy inside, which was very refreshing for a palate accustomed to the chewy Sanuki udon. The dashi soup was also very delicious 😋
