It has a light and elegant taste that is the complete opposite of recent trends in a good way. Champon is good, but the taste of miso ramen soup is particularly addictive. It's not salty like my family's, so I end up drinking it all. Other dishes include thin-skinned gyoza with a crispness that is incomparable to winged gyoza, which are (I think) wrapped after receiving an order, leek balls that look more like pancakes than ankake, and fried rice that goes perfectly with pickled ginger. I recommend it. There are many menus, so you can also use it as an izakaya.
