The gyoza is... yum, it's too delicious! More than 2 hours to travel by train from Osaka, I'm tired of being so far away I met such a tired and delicious taste. This time I ordered Tsukinowa Ramen, half fried rice, and dumplings. The ramen is very hot with ankake soy sauce--but it's delicious--it warms you up on a cold day. Fried rice is delicious! It's not sticky and oily, yet has a strong flavor. Gyoza is the most highly rated dish! Is miso the secret ingredient? It's a little sweet and full of umami that you won't find anywhere else, and it's already excellent! I reluctantly ordered an additional serving. I don't know if there are other chain stores, but if it's near the station or in an easy-to-commute place, repeat is guaranteed!
