More Comments at Google MapI've been to Ramen Makotoya before at the Gaikan and Yao stores, and personally it was a highly rated ramen chain store. On my way back from touring, I really wanted to eat ramen, so I stopped by here, and the ramen was as good as my reviews, or even better than I expected. Excuse me, but I think the level is higher than other Makoto shops. Boiled egg veal Jan ramen has a faint ``burnt'' aroma. It's hard to describe, but I think it's the richness or richness of the noodles and the soup that work together perfectly. I chose low-carbohydrate noodles for an extra 60 yen, but I didn't notice that they were special noodles at all. For the extra noodles, I used 140 yen wheat flour noodles to make them barikata (the hardest), and the pairing with the pork bone soup was exquisite. Among the many ramen chain stores, I think Makotoya is the one for tonkotsu.
I wanted to eat mazesoba so I went there... but it had disappeared from the menu (´・_・`) Too bad I ordered beef jan ramen. The taste is delicious and I want to go again! I don't know if it's because of the coronavirus or if it's not popular, but the store was empty💦There was only one female hall staff. I can eat calmly and this might be a good thing.
All topped with beef jean [No seaweed lol] The taste is mellow Fried rice, excellent Fried chicken, crispy and juicy Kimchi, the perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness Takana is the best(*`ω´)b It's selfish (´•_•.)💧
