More Comments at Google MapI ordered soy sauce ramen. The ramen's thickness was just right and the soup alone was delicious. I was surprised at how thick the char siu was. The fried rice was also very tasty.
I visited the restaurant after 1:00 pm on the second day of its opening. A few seconds after opening the door, I was guided to the counter by the woman in charge of the hall. I ordered a set of half fried rice and salt ramen for 1045 yen. After a short wait, the half-fried rice arrived. I decided to wait until the ramen arrived. Even after waiting for a while, it didn't come, so I decided to start with half fried rice. Unlike its crunchy appearance, it has a gentle taste. Personally, I like it, but some people may find it bland. And a ramen bowl. It looks stubborn. I tasted the soup without any expectations. It has a thick texture and a deep flavor of chicken and pork bones. Thick char siu and firm menma. The chewy namafu was also topped and it was delicious. Overall, the ramen was more delicious than I expected, but the fried rice had no impact. I want something unique and new.
I heard that there was a ramen shop near Shimoichiguchi Station, so I went there for dinner. For ramen, I ordered salt ramen with paitan soup. Although the soup had a strong flavor, it was refreshing and delicious! The inside of the restaurant was clean, the hall staff were kind and cheerful, and I had a very pleasant meal.
