I found the signboard for "Oji Ramen" and walked through the long hallway to find it. The shop owner seemed to be a ``Samurai'' and ``didn't talk much.'' However, the smile that suddenly appeared on the shopkeeper's face was the most charming thing ever. I ordered "Oji Ramen" (650 yen). It was a light but satisfying ramen. The chashu was very large. The soup was so delicious that I could drink it all. I appreciate that you can choose whether or not you want garlic when ordering. As other posters have said, I had the impression that it was similar to Tenri Stamina Ramen. I think I want to go again.
