The unagi cuisine was out of this world. You could feel the quality of the unagi and despite not in season, it was the best unagi I tried. The set was also available in small portion for those smaller eater. This place had a strict used of the transparent table dividers due to the current Covid 19 situation.

Crispy! Juwa! Kansai-style eel grilled over charcoal! Entered the store right after it opened. This time I ordered Unajyu. I guess it's baked after receiving an order. After about ten minutes, the hot weight came. The eel is Kansai-style, with no steaming process. The skin is crispy and has a nice texture, and the fat is sizzling...The subtle charcoal flavor makes it very delicious... The rice is Hinohikari from Nara Prefecture, which is cooked hard and has grains. Although it changes depending on the year, there is no doubt about the quality, as it has received special A grade awards. The slightly spicy sauce matches the sweetness of the rice. However, the sauce could be a little sweeter, but it's a matter of personal preference. Overall it's very delicious. The sauce may have been applied a little less. If you don't have enough, just ask and they will add it for you. It seems to get crowded during peak hours, so I recommend changing your schedule or making reservations on special days.
