Nara, Japan｜Unagi no Himekawa Nara

Visited to eat eel with sauce. Little bit far from the station. Still its place is clean quiet. Not many travellers at the store. It gives me much more authenticity. I would definitely visit again when I come back to Nara. 3100¥ set portions are quite a lot. So if you have small stomach, recommend ordering medium!

The restaurant looks just new opening. When walk in the restaurant, you can feel like a VIP. The atmosphere is warm and fine dining restaurant. We ordered a grilled eel with sauce and grilled eel, the eel is very tender and the sauce taste just good (I don't like too salty). Relatively, I much prefer Grilled eel (it comes with wasabi and matcha powder), you can make your favourite taste.

Very cute, delicious restaurant. A but pricey, but I feel the taste and beautiful interior decoration can justify it. Waitress also speaks English. I got the medium portion for ¥1700。
