I visited around 2pm on August 10th! It was a solo trip from Kobe, but both the persimmon leaf sushi and the hostess's personality were great. In the midsummer heat, I ate some refreshing persimmon leaf sushi on the terrace and dozed off as the cool sound of the river made my sweat go away. Then, as it was late on a weekday, another group of guests were also letting their dog play in the river, so the hostess gave us a blanket and said, ``Use this as a pillow to sleep with!'' LOL I'm already 30 years old, but I felt like I was touched by my mother's kindness and almost cried lol I wanted to visit Amae again, so I wrote a review to remind me of it. The restaurant is located in the back, and I didn't think the proprietress was running the restaurant with the intention of making a profit, but the sushi was really delicious ^ ^

I went to buy persimmon leaf sushi as a souvenir. Once sent to a friend, in the persimmon leaf sushi It was the most delicious, so I repeated it. The amount of vinegar made my family happy to eat it. The signboard dog dogs were cute 💕

I took the persimmon leaf sushi home. The mackerel and salmon were both very delicious! The vinegar wasn't too strong and it was easy to eat. Also, I was healed by a cute dog!
