I participated in a cooking class. We cut the horse mackerel into three pieces, one for each person. We were able to see every detail in a small group. The staff cooked the fish into carpaccio and grilled herbs, which we had as part of our lunch menu. It was nice to be able to enjoy the delicious food at the restaurant and then take it home instead of having to cut it up and take the fillets home. It was very delicious. I thought it would be difficult to go there for the first time since the exterior looks like a restaurant that has a lot of regulars (lol), but the other day my mom and I visited for the first time. I called an hour before lunch ended that day, and there just happened to be a seat available, so I was able to go! When I called, he asked me what course I wanted, and I asked for the seasonal course B. From appetizers to main dishes to desserts, everything looked delicious and the service was very good. I haven't had the chance to try the deli yet, but there were a lot of things I'd like to buy when I go again.
